The spia tone this shot so much, the tree looks menacing, like those mean trees that attacked Snow White!
Stark this picture is, yet the sepia lets us see the harder, not stylish, views of nature. Like Annie, I would prefer to be on the other side of the fence...
I look at this and can only think of 'the quiet before the storm' and I can 'smell' the rain in the air. Rather than stark or creepy I get a feeling of peace. Lovely!!!

Hi!
This is beautiful! Looks like a really old tree. Have a great day!
Sherrie
that shot looks great in sepia. I like how you tweaked it.
your link is still not linking . . .
I very much like the composition of this shot. I hope there is an opening in the fence not too far away. I want to take a walk on the other side.
I love trees. Great shot.

Wow, this was a fantastic shot. I like the perspective!
Thanx for visiting my blog!
Heidi, you have some serious talent! I love the contrast of the sky and the dark, overhanging branches!
That's a lovely peaceful scene, Heidi! Happy Sepia Scenes! :)
Greatly done sepia...
Bare trees do so well in sepia. Now if on the other side of the fence was a cemetary---00000--it would really llok spooky. MB
I love this! Creepy so beautiful. Thanks for stopping by my page. I'll be back again..
