Project 365: Week Five

Another week come and gone.

Day 29

January 29th
The moon rose so large and full that the chance to take it's portrait couldn't be missed.

Day 30
January 30th
The girls decided they wanted to jump on the tramp Saturday morning.  But after they were cold
they didn't want to go tromping through the deep snow again.
So they did the only thing they could think of, holler for dad, until he came and rescued them.
Kira tried to jump on Kevin's back last, and missed.

Day 31

January 31st
1 jar of body glitter + 2 girls = sparkly blizzard in the house

Day 32

February 1st
Back to the dentist.  Here's Kira taking a nap while waiting for the Doctor.

Day 33

February 2nd
Every year in July we hold a big family reunion where we raffle off a quilt.  Every person in the family is given
a few squares of fabric and we make a 12 inch quilt block that reflects our personalities.
We then send back to our official quilt maker and she works her magic and creates a beautiful masterpiece.
These are the quilt blocks that my parents and siblings are turning in.  Can you guess which one is mine?
(hint: It's the one that has the goof up)

Day 34

February 3rd
There are no words other than "Emma"

Day 35

February 4th
The beauty of puddles!

oh emma!

I love the one of kira with the blue nose and funky glasses.

do you remember when you kids used to jump on the tramp when it was snowy?

I like the indoor blizzard--no fun to clean up though

and the moon--fantastic

those puddles don't mean it's warm

Love them all, but the puddles are just awesome. Who knew puddles could be so beautiful?

LOVE these! Do you make quilts all the time? I wish I knew how. I really want one made out of some of Dean's baby clothes.

Another lovely collection, HeidiI could have sworn there was movement in the second moon picture, it's amazing.
Your children are so beautiful, and so lively!
And I'm envious that you still have snow- ours is a distant memory.

Love that second to last puddle shot! It is just amazing, the colors, the puddle. It is great!

And nothing like a daddy to save the day :)

What a great idea for the quilt! What a great thing to win and remember the family.

Your puddles are awesome -- I love water reflections -- it's a weakness :)

Ah glitter...we clean the church twice a week, and there are several benches, in the chapel, that are always covered in glitter. It's abiding.

My kids like to jump on the trampoline year round too -- but your kids' dad is much nicer than I am, I make them walk back in the house on their own :)

The Emma picture/comment made me laugh right out loud. "Emma" should be an adjective.

In fact, I think I'll start using it that way. Your week in photos was just Emma!

I need puddles. Send puddles my way, please! :-) Actually, we had puddles today. Now it's ice. :::sigh:::

Isn't 365 fun?! Great pics! Love the one at the dentist - LOL!
