So to start off I decided to do a little quiz, now its not hard so don't freak out and get sweaty palms just because I said the word quiz. This one is a no brainer, I'll even make it multiple choice.
Question:
What exactly was Heidi for Halloween?
A. A mom that has gone far too long with no sleep.
B. Elvira
C. Was supposed to be a Vampire but EM the three year old dropped her fangs on the bathroom floor and there was NO WAY she was going to put them in her mouth after they touched that!
D. A wife who accidentally walked in on her husband using the bathroom going #2 after eating the night before a plate of Mongolian Beef with extra garlic noodles, a twelve pack of Mountain Dew, and chased later that night with a glass of milk and a bran muffin, or two, or four, he may have lost count.
(Can you guess who came up with this suggestion?)
Ok now think about it really hard and leave your answer in your comment.
Now for all of you that are just dying to know how the Carnival turned out I have composed a
Now just hum the tune to the Twelve Days of Christmas for a moment and then you'll be ready to begin.

sounds like a winner of a party, was 911 really called? Your poor little girls :( I'm glad they are feeling better.

Glad to hear that the girls are feeling better.
you should have taken the xanax before the party! I guessed a vampire whose teeth fell on the floor though I liked hubby's answer too. I was a little confused when I saw my alter ego had already commented. I couldn't remember reading this post before.
You look cute!
Holy crap, I La-la LOVED this post!!! Sorry your day was so hectic, but good heavens it made for great blog fodder!!!
And as for your little mulitple choice...my guess is C, but I LOVE A. That's what I went as...only I didn't look nearly that alive.
I cannot imagine trying to organize a carnival and having my kids sick at the same time. You are one brave lady for doing it all, not to mention I'm sure you felt under the weather too. I hope the family is fully recovered!
You look adorable!
I'd say she was a vampire! I loved the 12 days of Halloween. How fun!
Happy PSF!
That sounds like one crazy carnival! And I'm guessing a vampire?
I really like the lost preschooler. I am reminded of our college aged daughter Allegra. Her first real costume was Snow White, just like the cute one here. All great takes on Halloween!
I think you shold be put up for sainthood! I was happy I just attended the school parade.
Thanks for your comment! I love your cute Halloween 12- countdown. :o)
Love the 12 days of Halloween.
I'm guessing you were C.
One Xanax? Admirable restraint. :-)
My guess is you are all above. :)
Looks like a busy day for you.
Wow, what a day, but at least it all turned out good in the end! Thanks for stopping by yesterday!
Heidi,
Hilarious! Honestly, I think 'D' is my favorite! Oh yeah, it looks like the carnival was fabulous, thanks to you I'm sure.
Sounds like a little too much excitement!
I would have guessed All OF The Above, but it wasn't an option!
Wow. Great "song". But I think I'd need 2 Xanax after those 12 hours!
