The shame of it all here is that it may be old, but it was built to last. The style is what we don't see, all newer buildings with more glass and steel. The awning is nice, too. We hope that someone will purchase and lease space to some retail...

I love this shot--sepia really suits the architecture. Helper really is a wonderful place.

Sepia suits this shot perfectly. So lonely and sad. :(

Very quaint. The building architecture is pretty old and this makes it look very natural in sepia

So many of these old buildings in so many towns across America. I do prefer the old time quality to the newer architecture.
A wonderful sepia shot Heidi!

Lovely brick building sheds an odd tear to be so abandoned and lonely, and longs for voices and laughter to once again fill its empty rooms.

Two-story brick buildings are so neat in downtowns. Maybe someday it will be someone's fancy to bring them back into style!

The sepia tones are punctuation on abandoned.

Beautiful! The sepia coloring really fits the feeling of the shot.

You're just mining Helper for all it's worth. I'm really going to have to make that trip.

What a great shot!
